As an Enrollment and Eligibility Representative , you will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, processing, and maintaining new member(s) / group enrollment information. Position in this function is responsible for preparing, processing and maintaining new member or group enrollments. Position may load new member or group data into the enrollment database & update the database with changes. Position may also respond to member eligibility or group questions & verify enrollment status. Position may work with various types of member correspondence. Position may also be responsible for reconciling eligibility discrepancies, analyzing transactional data &submitting retroactive eligibility changes. Position may also be responsible for inventory control of member and group transactions.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• Computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, mouse and keyboard skills, and the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
• Availability to work 40 hours / week within the operating hours of the site
• Ability to work any shift between the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time zone)
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business need

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
